70 th Anniversary of our Association

at Heacham Manor Hotel on Saturday and Sunday

28 th and 29 th October 2023

From Saturday at12.00 onwards we will start to gather in the “Pavilion”

of The Heacham Manor Hotel, where refreshments will be available.

The Annual General Meeting will commence at 15.30pm when your

attendance and contributions for the future of the Association will be

welcomed.

Tea and coffee will be served afterwards.

The Reunion Dinner will be 7.30pm for 8.00pm in the Mulberry

Restaurant. Suggested dress is smart casual.

The menu choices are

Starters: Cream of Tomato Soup, Crispy Ham Hock, Classic

Prawn Cocktail, or Goats Cheese and Beetroot Salad

Mains: Oven Roasted Chicken Breast, Roast Pork, Grilled

Seabass, or Courgette and Pea Risotto

Desserts: Crème Brulee, Apple Tart, Double Chocolate Brownie, or

Baked Vanilla Cheesecake

Coffee or Tea

The cost for the meal will be £30.00 per person

Reservations can only be made through Ruth Chilvers, who will require

payment with reservation, (see overleaf)

The Heacham Manor Hotel Room Rates are;

Cottage Standard £130.00, Cottage Suite £145.00, or

Main Hotel Room £160

These rates are based on two guests per room. There is a reduction of

£15 for single occupancy.

Reservations must be made directly with HMH, mentioning the Old

Michaelian weekend to benefit from these rates.

On Sunday 29 th there will be a Church Service at 11.00 am

in St. Michael’s and All Angels Church, Ingoldisthorpe.

The parishioners invite us to join them for their weekly service where the

celebrant will be The Reverend Canon

Susanna Gunner and the organist Benedict Gunner.

Finally, as we are celebrating the Seventieth Anniversary of the founding

of the OMA we should be mindful that such opportunities are rapidly

diminishing, and we look forward to seeing those we have not seen for a

while, as well as those who are more regular attendees.
